  • 500 grams Chicken Breasts
  • 2 pcs Onions Medium Sized
  • ½ tsp Whole Spice Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • ¼ tsp Coriander Powder
  • 125 grams Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 4 tbsp Cream
  • 15-20 pcs Almonds
  • ½ cup Cooking Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Julien Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 2 pcs Green Chilies Sliced


  • Firstly we need to slice 2 medium sized onions
  • Add half cups of water in cooking pot
  • Then add sliced onions
  • Now with the help of knife we will slice chicken breasts into cubes
  • Now our onions have started to turn transparent so we will turn off the flame
  • We have now put those transparent onion with water into a blender
  • We will blend it and make a smooth paste of it
  • Now we will pour half cup of oil into the cooking pot
  • Now we will add that onion paste which we blended
  • We will add ginger garlic paste
  • We will mix it a little
  • We will add julien sliced ginger in the cooking pot
  • Add chicken in the cooking pot

Now we will add spices

  • Coriander Powder
  • Chili Powder
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Mix all the spices in the cooking pot
  • Whisk the yogurt and add into chicken gravy
  • Add chili garlic sauce
  • Put the cooking pot in medium flame
  • Now grind almonds and turn into fine powder form
  • Add grinded almonds into the chicken gravy
  • Mix it well and close lid of cooking pot and cook on medium flame
  • Now add sliced green chilies
  • Add 4 tablespoons of cream
  • Add whole spice powder in gravy
  • Turn of the flame and mix it well
  • Gravy will start to turn in cream color
  • Creamy Boneless Chicken Handi is ready to be served
